The
chef and his team will be happy to treat you to
excellent tasty meals, using the best products
and local delicacies that nature can provide.
Everything is home-prepared here,
from the blueberry jam to the foie gras
and the dandelion honey to the smoked salmon.
The chives are collected in Summer from the Sarenne
gorges and the wild cumin at the beginning
of Autumn in the high Alpine pastures.
The truffle omelette, langoustine gratin with
crab butter and soufflé glazed with Genepy should be sufficient reward for
your busy days in the open air!
